As a co-founder of rREST and a certified Advanced rREST Coach, I am in direct alignment with Maraya's message of self-care. Due to our shared passion to help women experience a life of clarity, I am so excited to work with you! I LOVE connecting with women who are hungry to thrive :)
Everything Maraya teaches has the benefit of significantly improving your rREST experience, so I encourage you to follow her suggestions to the best of your ability including, but not limited to, gut health, movement, and sleep.
At a minimum, please please please plan in extra time to get good sleep following your rREST sessions. Ideally, it's best to get 3 great nights of sleep after each session, but the first night is of paramount importance. Your brain is going to have conversations that will literally change the way you think and view the world...sleep makes space for those conversations!
This also means strictly avoiding anything mind-altering for those 3 nights including alcohol, caffeine, as well as any psychoactive substances. Prescription medicines that are necessary are okay.
